Day 1 (Dec. 19, 2025): 9:00-10:00 ▶ Onsite Registration
The first day is all about registration, participants are supposed to sign the attendance sheet at the conference venue and collect all the conference materials at the registration counter on this day from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. However, the registration is still open on the 2nd day of the conference within the same time.
10:00-10:15 ▶ Inaugural Speech
The conference organizers will extend a warm welcome to all participants in the conference, emphasizing the conference's importance and the attendees' role in its success. The organizers will express gratitude to speakers and sponsors, highlight the conference's objectives and theme, and provide a glimpse of the exciting sessions and networking opportunities ahead, fostering a positive and collaborative spirit.
10:15-10:30 ▶ Keynote Speech
The keynote speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share their cutting-edge research fruits with the participants.
11:45-12:00 ▶ Tea Break
10:45-13:00 ▶ Oral Presentations
Contributed oral presentations will be 15 minutes long. Please target your presentation for a duration of about 12 minutes for the presentation plus ab. 3 minutes for questions from the audience.
13:00-14:00 ▶ Lunch

15:45 -16:15▶ Poster Presentations
The participants will showcase their research through the display of poster. The visually appealing poster should summarize the key findings, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions and Recommendations. Presenters will stand by the poster during this slot to discuss it with interested attendees and answer their questions.
