We welcome your contributions to the conference. Kindly follow the submission process as outlined below: Abstract and manuscript submission

  • Submit your abstract through the "Submit Abstract" tab on the conference website.
  • Upon successful submission, a unique Abstract ID will be generated for future reference.
  • All abstracts will undergo a preliminary peer review by the Abstract Review Committee.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be communicated within 5 days of submission.
  • Upon acceptance of your abstract, you will be required to Confirm participation by paying the conference participation fee.
  • Submit the full-length manuscript (only if publication is desired) as per the provided template to convener@iria.org/conveneriria@gmail.com by 20th November 2025.
  • After submission to convener@iria.org/ conveneriria@gmail.com, the full-length papers will undergo an initial quality check to assess relevance, originality, and adherence to the submission template.
  • Registered authors who have paid the conference participation fee and whose papers qualify will receive a link to formally upload their manuscript for peer review and consideration in the conference proceedings (Journal of Physics: Conference series).
  • If the paper is accepted after peer review, authors will be notified and asked to pay the paper publication fee (which is separate from the conference participation fee).
  • POSTER PRESENTERS:
  • Presenting your poster on-site: You will be required to be present at your assigned poster space during specific hours of the event. It's your opportunity to provide further explanations and address questions from audience. Dimensions for the posters are 1.5' x 2' (width 1.5 ft and height 2 ft)
  • Poster presenters must be ready with their posters during the session. They should be mounted on Poster Boards/Stands provided by the organizers.
  • Poster Sections:

There are no hard-and-fast rules for the sections in a poster. However, here is a suggested list:

Title (with names of authors and affiliations),
    Introduction
    Objectives/Aims/Problem/Goal
    Methods
    Results
    Conclusion
    References
    Acknowledgements
    Contact information (including QR code)
Fonts Titles should be large enough to read from 10-15 feet. One design guideline proven to be effective is a sans-serif font for titles and headings, and serif fonts for text and captions.
Use the same sans-serif font for titles and headings and the same serif font for text and captions. The text should be justified (aligned) left. Use italics or bold for emphasis. Do not underline or use all caps.
An example of effective font choice and size:
Title = 100 pt bold sans serif font (Arial)
Section Headings = 48 pt bold sans serif font (Arial)
Body Text = 28 pt serif font (Times New Roman)
Captions = 24 pt serif font (Times New Roman)
